Hub Event Refund Policy

Simple policy...please read below, we consider this to be fair and actually better than most race companies.
If the event is NOT sold out, a discount code for 50% of your race registration fee will be offered until 21 days prior to the race date.
If the event IS sold out, a discount code for 50% of your race registration fee will be offered until 21 days prior to the race date. 
Discount codes can be used to register for another Hub Event Productions event and will be valid for 12 months after the event date.

Waitlist registrations DO NOT guarantee an entry for the event and are processed in the order in which they are received. In order to be on the waitlist, payment is required during registration. If the event is filled to capacity and enough participants cancel prior to the event, you will be emailed a confirmation that you have been entered into the event. If the total registration fee is not paid in full at that time, you will be prompted to complete the registration process. If you receive a notice of an available slot in the race, confirmation of your entry will not be final until the registration process has been complete and any additional fees are paid.

Waitlist Fee: 100% of the total registration fee (the remaining registration fees, if any, will be due if your slot gets converted into a race entry)

If your waitlist registration is NOT converted into a race entry (i.e. not enough confirmed entrants cancel prior to the event), you will be issued a gift code for the Waitlist Fee amount. Your gift code can be used for another Hub Event Productions event for a period of 12 months after the initial event date.

Merchandise purchases and all association purchases (e.g. USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, UCI, etc.) are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you do not get confirmed for the event, you will receive a discount code for the event entry fee only, you will not get a discount code or refund for merchandise or association membership purchases.
